I have the original email with the install codes but have no idea how to instal it. Right-click the Command prompt icon, and then click Run as administrator. Run UAC from the Search and Disable UAC in Windows 10 to perform installation. Test your Windows or Linux system by rebooting a few times.-1. I'm lost at this point and not being maintenance will limit the help I may get from the reseller. In other words, avoid the UEFI boot procedure.

If I open the HASP folder that contains it's properties everything is blank and will not allow me to manually punch in the serial numbers. I tried to run the HASP set up and it says the driver is installed. I removed the network cable and moved the Sim to the new machine and it still will not open M/C. I thought perhaps I did not have the machine configured on the network properly. As I said in the beginning the net hasp allows two users to run M/C one can use Lathe and another user on the network can use Mill. When starting master/cam is not seeing the Sim (Net Hasp) and closes. I have it loaded and the machine is connected to our network. Thanks RonNo X5 will probably not run on Windows 8 you want be able to switch the compatibility mode to windows 7 I did a little home work before making the purchase and feel it might be fine, I'm just a little up in the air still. I just bought this work station and want to have a good idea if it's going to work before taking it out of the box. So my question is will MX5 run on windows 8 I am doing other research on the web as well to find out but thought I would find out what you guys would say. This works fine because I will be doing lathe work all the time while he is here.
In other words I could be be programming a lathe part in X5 while he programs a mill part on another work station but we cant both be using mill at the same time. It just will not allow two guys to work in the same mode. The net HASP allows another computer on the Net work to be using Master Cam. I want to load X5 onto this new computer running Windows 8. I have a new guy who can program and need to set up another work station. Things were tight last year and I just couldn't spare the cash. How ever I am not on a maintenance agreement right now.
